FAQ

How are the prices calculated?

Prices are calculated based on three criteria:

  1. Number of Copies - This is usually the number of singers in your choir and must be taken into consideration due to licensing fees.
  2. Texture of Piece -  Whether the piece is a cappella or accompanied, and how many different voices.
  3. Length of Piece - Measured by number of bars.

How long is the turn around time?

Turnaround time depends on the piece of music that you have chosen to have us work on. Usually this will be a couple of days after we receive the score, but complicated works and arrangements may take a little longer. We also have a growing catalogue of pieces ready for delivery within 48 hrs. Please visit out catalogue page by clicking here.

What makes your system better than anything else available on the web?

We use an all-digital system that is able to give you exactly what is on the page without any performer liberties being taken. The voice is an actual human voice, not a midi instrument. Every rhythm is accurate and every note is in tune. This gives your chorister the ability to learn the notes and come to rehearsal ready for you to do all the fun stuff with the piece.

I want my practice track at a slower tempo than what is marked in the score, how do I do that?

Just let us know the tempo marking that you would like, and we will process the order accordingly. This is one of the many benefits of using an all-digital practice tracks system; it allows flexibility that live recording services cannot offer.

Do you have any pieces waiting and ready to go?

Yes. If you are tight on time, or just hate waiting, we do have some fantastic pieces already in our library. Please visit out catalogue page, here.

Will you need me to supply you a copy of the score?

Yes. To ensure that we are working on the same piece of music, you will need to mail us one copy of the score. We will either mail the score back to you, or you may mail us a photocopy, which we will destroy upon completion of the project. Please also note any tempo changes and other edits when sending us the score.

Who takes care of licensing and copyright fees?

We do. We use the number of singers in your choir to determine the number of licenses we need to buy to ensure that no laws are broken and that artists and publishers receive their licensing dues. Please to not make more copies than we have purchased for you. If you do, you will be breaking the law and stealing from composers and publishers.

Can I pay by cash or check?

We accept credit cards, checks, and purchase orders. Credit cards are processed by PayPal, the internet's most respected online payment system. Checks may be mailed to our business address. If you would like to use a check, the check must be received and cleared before work begins on your order.

How do I download the files I've purchased?

If we have emailed you the parts, you will have to download them from your email account and open them in a music player on your computer (iTunes, etc.). From here you may copy them as many times as you have told us you are going to.

My piece has a piano accompaniment, but I just want you to work on the voice parts. Is this possible?

Yes. Specify that your piece is a cappella when you are filling out the order form and we will assume that you wish us only to work on the voice parts if the piece has piano accompaniment.
